Please, learn from my terrible online shopping experience and consider this a cautionary tale. I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. I ordered two pairs of glasses and never received them. What's worse, I have been speaking to individuals on chats and emails for weeks now and they get back to me now and tell me they cannot resend me my missing glasses despite telling me they would and I have nothing to worry about. This is the absolute worst customer service and experience, and it feels impossible to be able to speak to someone on the phone. I am extremely disappointed with this company, which is why I felt compelled to leave this review and finally demand some real answers from customer service.
Customer: I'm calling about my order for two pairs of glasses. It's been weeks, and they never arrived, and I was promised they would be resent. CS Rep: I understand you're frustrated, and I sincerely apologize for the delay and any miscommunication regarding your order. Let me pull up your details. Customer: You said you'd resend them! Now, after weeks of back and forth, I'm told that's not possible. What exactly is going on, and where are my glasses? CS Rep: I see the notes here. Unfortunately, due to a processing issue with the original shipment, we are unable to resend the exact order. We can, however, process a full refund or help you place a new order. Customer: So, all those assurances, all those emails saying "not to worry," were just lies? I just want the glasses I ordered, not a refund or to start over! This is incredibly disappointing.
